Bah! Forget those goofy boy/girl/lad/lass/kid names! The Legion should've had more characters called "Sir"-this and "Miss"-that!
Er... then again, maybe not.

Hmmmm. Miss Taken - has the power to possess people (ala Jericho of the Teen Titans and Karma of the New Mutants)
Sir Plus - has the power to duplicate himself (rejected as duplicating Duo Damsel's power)

Sir Vival might have been a cool alternative name for Matter-Eater Lad!

Miss Sing Link could've been a female Evolvo Lad.

Miss Step - can teleport seven leagues in a single stride!
Sir Tin Doom - turns into a metal-armored juggernaut
Miss Tree - if a tree falls on you in the spaceport, do you make a sound?
Miss Information - she can answer any question to which the answer is written down / transcribed / recorded anywhere in the universe, although she has to stop and close her eyes to 'look it up.'
Sir Cular - a literal driedel, he's able to whirl so fast that he can spin right out of this dimension! But he usually just whirlygigs through his foes at the center of his own personal whirlwind.

To commit the unforgivable offense of taking the question seriously...
I don't recall 'Sir' ever being a viable part of a superhero's name. Even Sir Justin/Sir Ystin went by 'Shining Knight'. The only other 'Sir' I remember is 'Big Sir', which, come on.
But 'Miss' has some history to it. Miss America, Miss Martian. There was a Miss Liberty, right? So I could see a Legionnaire with such a name.

Miss Apprehension captures all the bad guys, although she has a bad feeling about it.
Sorry Matthew, I can't be serious about this thread.

Hmm... perhaps we *do* need to rally behind "Sir" as a viable super-hero name prefix!
I'll have to think of a new character...

Miss Sippy could have super sucky powers. And I just like the idea of a Sir Loin.

There's always Sir Osis of Liver.
The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."

But Sir Cumspect will never get to the point.

Actually, wouldn't she have the power to become a river and then just keep rolling on?
