Also, the fact that they were apparently meeting the Fatal Five for the first time in the last story arc of the series pretty much screw all kinds of history up as well!

Ah ok, thanks. I was putting my comics back up on the wall and I wanted to put them in order according to re-boots. Maybe I'll just treat it as a completely different Legion unto itself. I don't know. Why did DC have to muck things up so much!

1. TOS
2. Glorithverse / 5YG / 5YL / Legionnaires (separate continuity because fanhate) (also: inconsistencies due to temporal anomalies, i.e., people mucking around with DCU history during the run. Because DC.)
3. Reboot
4. Threeboot
5. Retroboot, itself with internal inconsistencies
? DCFUBoot coming in October ?

What does TOS stand for? I assume the original Legion ended in 1989 with the Magic Wars? Everything else after that is another Legion?

At the end of the last Legion book I think Levitz try to explain things away by making the Legion of Earth 2. That's why Karate Kid showed up and he had Bouncing Boy mention the death of Superman by Steppenwolf. The so called first meeting of the Fatal Five was also very pathetic try to distance themselves. Especially considering this Legion met with a new Emerald Empress not that long before in Annual 1.

That's what I was looking for. I recalled someone making that comment about KK and Superman. I just didn't know for certain.

Tharok has various weapons he may fire with his cybernetic body. Does anyone know what weapons he can produce and what they do?

I am pretty sure the answer is no, but can someone please confirm if Supergirl has ever faced Mordru?

If you're asking how Domain's powers work, he owns a dimension he calls "infinity space" where he can create any situation he fancies - like a holodeck, where he also showed he could screw with gravity - and teleport himself and others from places in the 'real' world into his situations. He also seemed to be able to use it for general teleportation, by opening gates to wherever.

My views are my own and do not reflect those of everyone else... and I wouldn't have it any other way.

could he open the dimension to any time or reality or is it just specific to one reality/time?

I just reread Legionnaires 70. On Page 10, Domain says "I used this reality last time!" And he goes through four different ones. On Page 16, he says "I can shape entire worlds from the fabric of infinity!"

My take is he can shift only from "reality" (the Legion's universe) to this "infinity space". But he can reshape infinity space however he wishes. It's possible that infinity space allows him to create multiple pocket dimensions. There's nothing to indicate that he can cross multiple "realities" or "legitimate" universes; and nothing to indicate that he can time travel.

Nothing to indicate that he can't, though. We don't know much about him, other than that he used to be non-powered.

Does anyone know where I can find the most comprehensive information available on Legion spacecrafts?

Was Element Lad still gay after the Zero Hour reboot? I think he still was in the postboot Legion, but I'm not sure if he was in later versions of the team.

I'm pretty sure the only version of Element Lad that was confirmed as gay was the 5YL version (though I suppose he was technically bisexual there).

In which issue of the 5YL Legion was Furball revealed to be Timber Wolf?

Good question. As I recall, there were hints dropped for quite awhile, but I'm not sure when it was "officially" confirmed...

issue 6 had a flashback when they were captured by Mordru. We see Furball's claw and a reference to Brin Londo there.

Did I make the connection? I did not. I thought it was another subplot, rather than a flashback. There were a lot of 9 panel subplots being introduced and it didn't occur to me that it fell in the sequence before we see Mysa experiencing what the Legion are going through.

I remember one of the writers being a little surprised that it wasn't picked up by everyone in a later letter column.

Given posts in this thread mentioning Legion inconsistencies in the retroboot anyone who has in mind an inconsistency in recent Legion please post something in http://www.legionworld.net/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=802196&page=1 ? In theory I am still maintaining it, but I haven't edited it recently.

He was in the Postboot Legion, but there was nothing to indicate his sexual preference conclusively.

I thought it was clear that he had no sexual preference? Maybe I'm getting my boots mixed-up.

I don't recall any exact moment in the Postboot period when Jan showed any preference to either sex. I think that aspect of the character was forgotten after the 5YL period
