I have probably never heard of this villain, so I am just guessing based on how villainous the Titan code names are.
Good thing none of the male Titans changed code names as often as Ayla Ranzz did...

Not Damage (who's also been a member of the JSA and the SSoV and therefore doesn't fit the clue). But that's another name that would suit a villain. Strange that we never saw any Earth 3 versions of Titans (to my knowledge); they wouldn't even have had to change their names.
Not Power Boy either.
Q: Please tell me a codename shared by:
a) a villain who was only an enemy of the Justice League; and
b) a hero who was only a member of the Titans.
NOT: Talon, Osiris, Enigma, The Tattooed Man, Minion, Mirage, Power Boy, Damage
Clue 1: the villain is/was part of a team who only appeared post-Crisis.
Clue 2: the Titan is male.
Clue 3: the villain can fly.
Clue 4: so can the Titan.
P.S. Knowing the comics you've read IB, I suspect that you might be familiar with this villain (but maybe not).

Thanks for that last comment, Blacula! It led me to the Cadre, which led me to the Aryan Brotherhood! That story in JLTF where they appeared still chills me.

Good one Ibby. I only remember Golden Eagle form his Charley Parker days. I don;t think I've even read the Aryan Brotherhood issues I got form the bargain bin (if I even bothered with those).

I reckon Dr Sivana has taken over DC and fires a deviant beam at anyone entering the building.  Dad: Here Timmy. This comic has a Monitor in it. So, it must follow on from the Crisis I read when I was younger. That'll be safe. Timmy: What's this guy with wings doing? Dad: Gaaaaaaah!!! Indeed it is, during COIE!
The heroes are invading Earth-4, S and X in order to stop the supervillain army assembled by Luthor and Brainiac. Changeling takes out the guards on Earth-4. Tempest remarks that Gar did his job; Kole responds, "from what I gather, he usually does." Another clue that Kole was a newbie. Then Tempest goes, "that's not the rumor I heard in the new Doom Patrol. Celsius says she..." and he is cut off when he spots some villains.
That scene made me love Kole all the more. Sweet and loyal!

Cool! I remembered that scene. Lucky for Raven, if it had been her there she may have ended up suffering the fate of the Psycho Pirate.
