Correct on all fronts IB.
Phantom Stranger intervened to prevent Red Tornado from winning his match against Aquaman. Something else else about a win by him affecting the final destined outcome or something. I always felt sorry for Reddy about that. He was on his way to winning the match when he suddenly gets zapped by this magic bolt from someone who wasn't even part of the fight. Seems a bit unfair.
