Offspring is admittedly a guess. I recall seeing Plas doting on him but not sure if they ever adventured on-panel together. Damien was a guess as well - I know he hung out with them for awhile, but not sure if that count as a membership. He was definitely a sidekick though, so thought I'd hedge my bets.

Correct on both guesses, Blacula!
For some reason they really wanted Persuader as a past or legacy villain to stick. After Postboot Persuader was stranded in the 21st century and then quickly killed off, almost immediately this young female Persuader debuted in Terror Titans. She killed one-off Titan Molecule.

And then didn't she also get killed off somewhere or other? That whole period in Titans history left a sour taste in my mouth. It seemed like a Titans character was getting killed off every month or so. Such vision-less storytelling.
