...who is human.
...who does not have super powers.
...who was never a Legionnaire, nor auditioned to be.
...who first appeared before CoIE, but not the Adventure era.
...who did not appear in the Reboot, Threeboot, or Retroboot.
...they appeared in the Glorithverse, when counting all possible realities, flashbacks, text pages, etc.
...who is a bad guy, though not a super-villain.
...who never led a criminal organization.
...who never worked with Leland McCauley.
...who never gave the Legion a gift, though perhaps a particular Legionnaire off-panel.

Nice one. All makes sense now.
Btw, and I don't mean this to nitpick or anything, but I think different players think of "human" in a different way. Some of us strictly define "human" as being an Earth native. Others seem to extend it to include natives of worlds seeded from Earth. It might be good for players to clarify further in future rounds.

I did have that thought the other day, and wondered if that threw anyone off. I didn't really think about her being "humanoid" but not an Earth human at the time.

I didn't think about it either before, but I know some others distinguish between human and humanoid. It sure can be hard to answer with just Yes or No
