Is this character from Titan? No. Does the character have superpowers? This character has never been shown to have super powers, but again this character has never been shown NOT to have powers either.

Is this character presumed to be from a planet where having super-powers is the norm? Yes. If this character fell out of a plane at 35,000 feet without a flight ring, would they survive? Unlikely, even if we assumed they have the powers from the planet they are presumably from.

No, not Arn Kwin. This character is not as presumably Braalian as the ambassador, who would almost certainly be a native.

Yes, it is Cos' manager Alux Cuspin!
I say "presumably" he is from Braal because we saw him yelling at Cos during a training session in LSH 0; yet there was no other coach or even droids. No other coach was mentioned either. I thought there could be a chance that Cuspin was a Braalian himself; on the other hand, we never saw him once use his powers (though he wouldn't be the only Braalian we've seen who has never used his powers).

Yeah, I would assume he was Braalian as well, but there's no real evidence either way. Of course, most Braalians have relatively weak powers anyway.
Okay, I will think of a character, but feel free to ask questions in the meantime!

Yes, hence the disclaimers.
I wonder how "weak" the weakest Braalians, Titanians etc. would be. It would be interesting to see some stories on that. Individuals of some species/races like Imskians would probably differ only in their skill at using the powers, but I would imagine any Imskian would be able to shrink to the same size. For Braalians or Titanians or Coluans though, the degree of strength would differ.

Yeah, I agree about the relative strengths of natives would be a fascinating exploration. I vaguely remember some attempt at defining the difference between Tinya and other BGZTL natives in some storylines.

I think at one point it was the case that Vi was the only Imskian that could shrink to subatomic levels or something like that. Anyway:
