--is a male humanoid that cannot pass for human with appropriate clothing.
--is not a Legionnaire nor someone who works for a U.P. sponsored-organization or any kind of government, including police and military.
--is more of an antagonist than a true villain.
--appeared prior to the Five Year Gap but not in the postboot era.
--does not have super-powers.
--does not wear a costume.
--cannot fly a starship.
--is not from Rimbor.
