My character:
--is a male humanoid that cannot pass for human with appropriate clothing, but is from Earth.
--has only appeared once, prior to LSH #250.
--is presumably an adult.
--is not a Legionnaire nor someone who works for a U.P. sponsored-organization or any kind of government, including police and military.
--is not related to a Legionnaire.
--is more of an antagonist than a true villain.
--appeared prior to the Baxter Era but not in the Adventure era or the postboot era.
--does not have super-powers.
--does not wear a costume.
--has not verbally expressed anti-Legion views.
--has not brought legal proceedings against the Legion nor any of its members.
--has not been arrested, by the Legion or otherwise.
--has never died.
--has never dated a Legionnaire.
--has never interacted with Wildfire.
--cannot fly a starship.
--is not a salesperson, a thief, a scientist, a newscaster.
--did not work for R.J. Brande.
--is not from Rimbor, Talok VIII, or Colu.
--is not Giy Delor
