Kara and Nura failed to make the grade, though I do believe Supergirl had her own fashion feature later. Night Girl even got in on the action, while only five boys had submissions...one being Chlorophyll Kid oddly enough.

Yay! I thought you'd get that one quickly, but that's the fun of the random picks.
The best part was trying to recognise all of the old DC robots in the background. Ultivac, Star Hawkins' side kick, Automaton etc.
Xotar was quite a creepy character as depicted by Sekowsky. He had that aged look that a lot of his characters did, and it added a certain desperation to him.

That was one of the very last Reboot-era issues I obtained. Oh wait, was this depicted elsewhere? I was thinking of the Legionnaires 68 story with art by Jeff Moy. Lucky guess I guess New Q up... soon!

That sounds about right. There was a scene with Monstress trying on clothes, then Cosmic Boy against Xotar at the museum.
