I recall the art on Maxie Zeus both in Who's Who and the Outsiders more than the character himself. I quite liked the New Olympians at the time and they were something different. Visually quite distinctive. Was that Willingham?
I loved that storyline! And yeah, that was Willingham, right as his Elementals were blowing up

No, we are not still reversing points at this point. The points now equal what is assigned and will remain that way until the end of the game. I will probably be widening the gap in points until the last round (or two if needed) when it will be pretty much all or nothing.

There are no real favourites that have left this round
The Penguin was rarely used when I was reading Bats. I remember him being more useful in Suicide Squad (with a set up capture from Mark Shaw: Manhunter)
We still have the Golden Age Catwoman
Black Spider was notable for being a more ruthless vigilante than Batman. At least at first, before he seemed to be another Bat-Villain out for revenge.
When Elongated Man goes bad: Copperhead. Provides lots of stretching in and out of crime scenes and constricting victims. It can be tricky giving Bats a super powered foe, rather than a nits one. Copperhead seemed to work.
I only really read the early Killer Croc issues and I can't say he ever impressed me too much. Jason Todd didn't really impress me much either.
