I remember reading about Falcon being annoyed because he thought he was a token minority.
Which of the Lost Lanterns (GLs thought killed by Hal Jordan but in reality captured by Manhunters and held in stasis) was the first to die for good?

It was indeed Kreon! Boodikka was a close guess because, for the longest time, she and Kreon had had differences in outlook.
Poor Kreon...
Over to you Blacula.

Don't get me started on the slaughterfest that was DC's treatment of the GLC in the 2000s/2010s.
I think only about 10 of the probably 150 or so named GLC members survived to the DCFU.
Just another example of DC's creative bankruptcy this century.
Q: What was the name of Batman's first love interest?

Nope. Although a bad writer on a blog site I follow did just write an article about Batman characters and listed Silver St Cloud as his first love interest. He was only about 40 years off target.

EDE has it! It's Julie Madison. She first appeared in in Detective Comics 31 in 1939.
Elle McPherson played her in one of the Joel Schumacher Batman movies I think.
I haven't read many stories featuring Julie but there's always been something about her I really liked. I'm surprised writers haven't brought her back more over the years.

Yeah, I've always found her fascinating as well. Probably her most prominent appearances were in the Mad Monk story and various Golden Age Clayface appearances. Apparently the Earth-1 version eventually became a princess after her career as an actress, ala Grace Kelly. And I think she's been used in the new 52 Batman.

Between her and Godiva and a few others, the New 52 seems to have spotlighted quite a few of my favourite little-seen pre-New 52 characters.
That's still not enough to make me buy a New 52 comic though.

In the March 1942 issue of All-Star Comics, J. Edgar Hoover tasks the JSAers with rooting out Nazi agents in various countries in the Western Hemisphere.
The eight members of the JSA at the time were Hawkman, the Spectre, Dr. Mid-Nite, Dr. Fate, the Atom, Starman, the Sandman, and Johnny Thunder.
For each member, name the country that they visited and then name the country where the eight of them met up at the end of the adventure.

thoth has 2 countries correct, but not in the right position. Remember these are *Western Hemisphere* countries (Bonus: they're all in the Americas).
Blacula has 5 countries correct, and 2 in the correct position!
Correct so far: Hawkman -- Mexico Johnny Thunder -- Cuba
