Yay! I'm so glad almost all my favorites with be there next round!
I do wish Christina Alexandrova had done better, though. I guess it had something to do with her becoming prominent in the transitional period between the end of Loebs' run and the beginning of Waid's.

We are probably going to end up doing a Wild Card Round soon, as we have reached a point where we have an odd number of remaining characters. I need even numbers so we have two characters left in the last round.

Where were all these Magenta fans in the Titans Idol?!? Not that it will probably make much difference, but Top 20ish is about as far as I'm willing to support Frances considering I don't think of her a "Flash Villain". So it's going to be "1"s for you from now on, Frances. Sorry! I still love you! Meanwhile, Rainbow Raider's pleasingly successful journey in this game so far seems like it's about to come to a sudden stop.  A vote against the Rainbow Raider is a vote against love! To be fair, different pool of characters. Magenta was decently liked in Titans Idol but just eclipsed by others First, Magenta has a distinct advantage in this one because of the general lack of female villains in Flash. Of course there are the notable exceptions of the Golden and Modern Ages (which probably says something about the roles of women the 1940s and today, but that is for another thread). Second, she has really useful powers that can be a threat to Flash. Third, she has a tragic background in that she started out at least neutral.

She placed 40 out of 188. Here's the thread, linked to the results summary. She placed above Supergirl, Kid Devil, Speedy (Mia), among others.

I did a pretty good job of it with Kinetix in Multiverse Legion Idol and Kole in the aforementioned Titans Idol, but people wised up to it when I tried with Doctor Light (Kimiyo) in JLIdol...  Kidding aside, my Idol games had very different mechanics (which Emily knows as she played in JLIdol). Below is a quote from my games: Round 3 begins!

This round will end in 2 days - the morning of Friday, PST (that's Friday evening my time).
Points will be given as follows:

I believe Kinetix and Kole won their respective Idols because: a) I always kept them as #1 on my own votes, giving them a big number of points b) they had just enough support from other voters. Kinetix was the last Postboot character standing, so other Postboot fans naturally gravitated towards her, for example (8 votes vs. 6 for Preboot Imra and 5 for Preboot Val; having two Preboot characters in the final round led to the Preboot fans' votes being split!). Kole beat Flamebird and Wally in Titans with 4 votes, to 3 each for the other two, so it was very close! Emily's format is very different as you are not limited in how many characters you can vote for per round, nor is the point system as restrictive.

The winner of this one is the musical Pied Piper. This makes me slightly happy as it reminds me how close I was to getting the Music Maestro onto the Bat-villain Idol. Maybe Pied Piper provided some inspiration to the writers?

A bit surprised that we lost Mirror Master AND Captain Boomerang! And that Captain Cold was almost lost too. I always assumed THE Rogues would be topping this game.
Sad to see Big sir go, he was hilarious.
Happy that Piper is doing so well despite having more or less reformed. Also happy to see Grodd doing so well.
