Does this character have powers or abilities beyond those of a normal modern-day human? Not that we're aware of. Is this character connected to a particular Legionnaire? They are not.

...has more than two arms.
...is not from Durla.
...has not worked on the Science Asteroid or with Mantis Morlo.
...does not have abilities beyond those of a modern-day human.
...is not connected to a Legionnaire, nor has ever fought them.
...did not appear in the TMK days or Reboot.
...has never worn a Legion flight ring or Science Police uniform.
...is not Dr. Gym'll, Dr. Mayavale, or any other doctor.

If only I had a reason for asking that. Um...Would your character have been seen on Weber's World? While we've never seen them there, yes. I think there's hypothetical evidence the character has been on Weber's World at some point.

Was your character part of a diplomatic mission? This character has definitely been involved in a diplomatic affair before, though whether they were on a mission for it is inconclusive.
