Name two pairs of Legionnaires who were never on the same team together in one boot, only to develop a very close relationship in another boot?
I have 2 pairs in mind, but will accept other answers if they can be justified.

Lyle and Jacques were not Legionnaires at the same time in the original run, but they were raised as brothers in the Reboot.
White Witch was on the original team and Dragonmage was on the Batch SW6 team. They were close in the Reboot.
