Pretty much every country has its own Independence Day That just can't be. I smell a conspiracy theory about how all countries are in reality subordinate to a secret overlord pulling strings all over the world.

T for Tuvalu Pretty much every country has its own Independence Day The many countries still in the Commonwealth beg to differ with you. I guess that teaches me Perhaps more accurate to say National Day - I think Commonwealth members have that?

I'm not sure how to reward this round. Is it considered a draw because IB and Pal both got a letter right? Or does Pal's letter not count because it was a vowel and so IB gets to guess a vowel in the next round?
Either way, IB and Pal may both guess a consonant or solve (and IB may or may not also have the option to pick a vowel). Quis and everyone else may guess a consonant.
