A female with powers beyond normal humans
From a planet (not Earth) where not everyone has powers beyond normal humans, where everyone does NOT have the same powers (in fact, it would be safe to say that residents have different skills and abilities)
Does not use magic
Has never been a member of a team with Legion in the title, though has been strongly associated with one
