She is not a native of Earth X (or whatever the Quality Earth was called).
To Recap:
The character is female. She has powers beyond those of a typical human being. She is not a native of any Earth. She also is not an alien from the Shazam/Fawcett Universe. She would join the Secret Society of Super-villains, but it would have to be a big offer.
This character is humanoid, but not a human. She is not a ring-bearer. Most of her adventures take place in the 21st century. Some of it takes place beyond mortal time, but she is not a member of the Greek or Roman pantheons.

I don't think she is a time traveler. She does a different type of traveling.
