Cool! The clues helped me figure this one out as I've never read a Defenders issue before (but I have read their Wikipedia page :p)

Nope. Hourman and Liberty Belle decided to split up, taking one team each, to keep lines of communication open. But Hourman was not specifically mentioned as being approached by Power Girl.

During the Crisis on Infinite Earths, there was a certain number of characters which was always being assembled - this is the number of characters taken to guard the tuning forks at the beginning, the number (combined) dispatched to Earths S, X and 4 to save them, the number sent to battle the Anti-Monitor in issue # 7, and the number sent to battle him in issue # 12. What is that constant number?

Cool. I noticed the pattern with the tuning forks and the Earth S, X and 4 missions, but not for the two jaunts into the Anti-Matter universe.
