Did she debut before Zero Hour? She did. But she is Legion related? She is not. Recap: Our female character, who made her debut after Crisis but before Zero Hour, does not have mental super powers but has super strength. She's sometimes as weak as a normal person in daylight and sometimes not. Super strength is not her only power. She is not part of a team, and therefore has never been a Legionnaire. She would surprise people if she was identified robbing a bank, and if she turned out to be Snarkier than Shadow Lass. She has not appeared in the 30/31 century, and it's something that's possible, she's not Legion related. She has not been romantically involved with another hero in the way that Jo & Tinya are romantically involved.
