Q: which superhero helped Koriand'r choose to live in Key West?
Clues: This was a montage of characters, none of whom are very much associated with Kori The person who actually helped her decide on moving to Key West has never been tight with her (though it made a certain kind of sense) Thoth Lad is closest
Not: Animal Man Donna Troy Power Girl Kyle Rayner Any Terra Fire Supergirl Jade Maxima Lois Lane Lana Lang

I had been thinking Terry Long, but it's the same thing But it's not someone Kory has had much of a connection with. If only in Terry's case

I just noticed no one had said Superman yet, even though Supergirl was said to be a close guess.
I suspect that that's the answer but if not, Superboy?

It was indeed SUPERMAN!!!!
In the Starfire series, Kori asks a series of people - including Zatanna, Tim Drake, Arsenal, Cheshire, Fairchild and some character I've never seen - where she should live. They recommend a range of places - including the moon and New Mexico. She reaches out to Superman for advice as another sun-absorbing alien who wants to be around people - and he takes her to Key West. Hysteria ensues
Over to you, Thoth!

thoth heard the last of the midnight chimes as he shuffled across his room towards the bed. He snuffed the solitary candle, removing the remaining light, and what little heat had lingered in the room. It was only when wrapping the threadbare blanket around his withered form that thoth noticed that the chimes had not ceased.
thoth wheezed a sigh, his breath lingering in the wintery air of his dwelling. Chimes. Last year it had been chains. He had spent a fruitful hour disabusing his temporal guests of the notion of an afterlife in the harsh reality beyond their artificial religious constructs. But chimes. It would be a different form of time travel. For the Endless Clock was a sign of Ye Legion Worlde, always a risk when the boundaries between time and space grew thin. He wondered what form they would take: The Wanderer, The Time Cat or the Aetheric Brain. Whatever it was, it would be looking for a riddle.
thoth reached under what seemed to be a plump, feathered pillow; a seemingly luxurious item, at odds with the rest of the establishment. In fact, the item was as thin and tired as its owner. It was, however, supplemented by the Lois Lane Compendium and The Titans Omniverse. His guests would get their quandary, but would they survive to escape back to the future? thoth was incapable of smiling, but a slight twitch could be seen at the corner of one eye, as he waited...
- excerpt from All-Star Dickens, from Earth-23, where DC went back in time to screw the publishing deals of all authors.

The once great Titans, lurking in Thoth's mind, laid their trap. He would be forced, they said, to reread the series when it was bad. The DEO kids, the sons of Trigon, the villainy of hacky characters barely crafted and killed off in another crisis crossover tale. Lo, he would try to resist but here are none who can help. No succor from the drivel.
His one chance - find Bette Kane, Duela Dent, Charlie Parker, Don and Hank Hall, Lillith, Chris King, Mal and Karen Beecher. Find the stories that comfort and inspire. Can he do it?

In an action packed (yes, I managed to find one) issue, two members of the Brotherhood of Evil combined their powers to get to Raven. Which two and how did they do it?

Not Phobia and Plasmus. By "get to her" it was travelling to reach her, which should give a hint.
