My character did appear in the Omega Men series. The title in which she first appeared was a super-hero book, through and through.

Female
Debuted prior to the Crisis on Infinite Earths, from the Earth-1 universe
Not native to Earth
Home planet orbits a star that exists in the real world, though the real-world star is not known to have planets orbiting it
Has been involved in the government of her home planet
Has super-powers
Would not be considered a super-hero
Not part of a team
Has had a sort-of romance with a male super-hero. The sort-of romance did not occur pre-crisis. It took place only shortly before Flashpoint. She is primarily known in a role other than love interest.
Said love interest was a member of a team, but not the Justice League or the Titans.
Said love interest made some background appearances prior to the Crisis on Infinite Earths, but was never a foreground character until after the Crisis.
My character has not, to my knowledge, died.
My character was not introduced in a story starring a character who was a member of the pre-Crisis Justice League, but she was introduced in a super-hero comic. She was introduced in a title featuring a team.
My character has appeared in the Omega Men series.
