I assume male because you said "who could be assumed identities of Valor to some fan/typical UP citizen". Also, the only likely female candidate for such a thing was Andromeda, whom you already eliminated.

But given your most recent statement, I'll guess Sensor, maybe? I don't recall how well-known her power set was to the general public, but she certainly could make it seem like she had any number of different powers and/or appearances. (and Chameleon was already eliminated as well)

The statement led you in the correct direction -

Sensor was the last suspect.

Well, that was definitely unexpected.

Who was the first person to encounter XS after her return to the 30th century following her participation in the Flash family's fight against Savitar?

Perhaps Sensor was suspected because of her illusion powers.

Valor/M’Onel encountered XS first, and Andromeda was the second.

nope. It could have been, but then Gim learned to shrink tactically. He doesn’t have to be big all the time...

Oh yes. Kid Quantum I was posturing after having caught Tangleweb in his stasis field... only to have Apparition rescue him from being webbed. She then suggested the code name Sitting Duck, and asked him to learn how to work well with others. Sadly, he never got the chance to consider the code name or Tinya's advice, dying a scant half-dozen or so pages later...

Kid Quantum was a bit of a tongue in cheek guess, so I'm glad they pay off sometimes.

Trapped in the 20th century, in what unusual way did Brainy manage to send a signal to the 30th century?

He drained "chronal energy" from the elderly to send a "hologram" of himself into the Legion's 30th century VR room?

Got it in one!

It's unusual in it's suggested that the chronal energy is built up over a long life. Normally, in these things, chronal energy is syphoned making people elderly or killing them outright. Why, I was just reading one last week...

Over to you Ibby!

Ah, that pesky and confusing chronal energy....

It may have been the Reboot that tried to change the rules. Give people chronal energy to make them older, take it away to make them younger...

Which two Legionnaires have been clients of Dr. Ryk'rr, Reboot-era Legion psychologist?
