Wonder Girl lead the Titans all the way through the Yucatan in order to save a prince she saw in a vision. What was it she actually ended up saving?

Actually, that's close enough for me. Wondy had a scarab necklace bought for her. From it she saw a vision of a hero who she rather fell for. Trying to get to the source of the vision took her, and the others, to the Yucatan. There she discovered that, when activated, the necklace didn't release the hero, but a larger scarab creature. To all intents and purposes it was a demon. It's a fairly creepy tale.
Over to you Ibby!

Now I just realized I don;t know if this is Wonder Girl Donna or Wonder Girl Cassie. Sigh. legacy heroes... imagine if this were a question about Robin...
OK let's see...
Who almost killed Kole by shattering her crystals, sending jagged pieces of them flying towards her?

PS I think TL’s question was about Donna Troy and occurred during the Tirans’ Scooby-Doo era. I love that era. I wish it had lasted longer.

Nope, not Thia! Which one is the Titans' Scooby-Doo era? The one where they lost their costumes and code names?

^ It’s the period just after that when the team seems to travel from one misty, spooky locale to another encountering things like curses and ghosts and witches. It runs from roughly issue #s 32-43 and also includes a team-up with Superman in World’s Finest.
Mal and Lilith were featured prominently during this period and they’re two of my faves. Nick Cardy also handled most of the art chores on these issues so you know they’ll look great.

It was in the cool '60s era of the original run, where the Titans book developed a supernatural edge for a while. Creepy stories, excellent art.
Lilith?

Thanks for explaining the background of this era more, guys! Sounds like an era I would like to read more about.
Not a shadow demon, and not Lilith

It was Mento! He shattered Kole's crystal bonds with his mental powers. luckily, Kole was able to shield herself in time.
That mind-changing of thoth's was also Mento's handiwork

I was going to go with Behemoth of the Hybrid, before I remembered who led the Hybrid.

It's not the same without my books though. Now that I've finished clicking furiously on Ibby's poetry ad in an attempt to find more...
The Titans are in Zandia to combat the Church of Brother Blood. But The Brotherhood of Evil turns up too. What was the goal of the Brotherhood's visit?

Brotherhood wanted to use Blood’s Lazarus pits to cure Plasmus, turning him human again?
