Brik (solid character, but hasn’t gotten much panel time since GL Rebirth - usually shows up as a background character but not much development) Graf Toren (I mean, he’s a monk! would be cool to see more of him) Leezle Pon (sentient smallpox virus!) Karma Tui is cool. And, unlike the similarly named Katma Tui, she has been reborn many times   Name three Teen Titans who have never been sidekicks

I tend to think the Legion is too crowded as it is but minor characters I think could have blossomed with membership are:
