I admit it: I've dumped some work by well-known people that once meant the world to me. Social media has made it really hard to NOT know when they're behaving like massive, er... sprocks: throwing their weight around just because they can.
Like I told somebody I know on another board (he teaches college and removed a few of these specimens from the curriculum for related reasons), there's nothing you can do about dead people who said and did awful things. But if they're still alive, there's always the chance that they could change for the better. If they can be made to understand how badly they've behaved and if they feel any social/financial consequences over it.
