I barely even remember it but it makes sense... During Donna Troy's wedding, Changeling did something so that people would see Cyborg as a normal human. What was it?

Used the Mento helmet to disguise him?

thothy has it! Mento spent much of the party holed up in his room to alter everyone's perceptions of Cyborg.
Cyborg was angry at first, but saw sense and apologized.

Oh, I didn't quite have it. I imagined it was Gar doing it himself. Somehow leaving a lasting impression regarding Vic. I thought Dayton too far gone by that point to have helped. But then, it was his estate for the ceremony.

I can't quite remember the timeline, I know Dayton had a breakdown a little after I think. But Mento helmet is close enough so take it away

Doctor Light has escaped prison and has gone to the Titans to help him defeat some animated statues he's released during a robbery. But what prompted Light to escape prison in the first place, given that he could have escaped at any time?

The statues were what he accidentally ended up facing, and were not related to his prison break (I added the detail in case it jogged anyone's memory of the issue)

Someone insulted him, and he wanted to prove he was a dangerous criminal?

He saw some of the Titans on the tele and was jealous of the attention they were getting?

While stile has some of the answer, Ibby also has the essence of it. As he was first, I'll give him the win rather than us go down the traditional LW decider method of razor barrette throwing.
Light was told by a fellow inmate of the success of the Riddler. This insulted his professional pride. His jealousy of the Riddler's success and paper headlines led him to escape. The Riddler was caught in the end, giving Light some satisfaction.
Over to you Ibby!

Whoo. these villains and their egos.
Ok...
in JLA/Titans, a few female heroes were debating what made a certain male hero attractive. The choices included butt, chest, eyes.
Which male hero were they talking about?

That's a relief! Last time I tried throwing razor barrettes I ended up with one in my big toe and was hobbling around for a week.

Intrepid sex symbol Terry Long has gone to El Salvador to meet up with his old buddy. But what was wrong with the letter his buddy has sent him in the first place, inviting him down?

It talked about something that Terry knew hadn't happened, clueing him in that something was up?
