My character was not involved in COIE. although he did visit multiple Earths.

It is the Adjudicator. Those covers that looked like books caught my attention as well as all the characters. The first issue was the first Wonder Woman comic I ever bought and I later found out it was also the first issue I bought that was written by Levitz.
Honestly, I didn't know he had appeared again until I double checked for this question. I also wonder if Earth i (for immortal) ever showed up again. I haven't seen any reference of it myself.

New character to me too which is great. Always glad to learn more, as well as to hear what they mean to us Legion fans. Thanks idle.
That cover clue was a good one. I didn't get it at first, then wondered if there were three WW comics with the Crisis Crossover heading, hence my previous question. Then a look through the covers and those three jumped out. A bit of investigation into the Adjudicator nailed it. Lots of fun.
I am thinking of a DCU character.

Is your character heroic in nature? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. In their own eyes, for sure. Is your character a non-human from Earth? No - well - mostly no. Hmm. Lets say that they are not a non-human from Earth and they are "mostly" not a human from Earth.
