Hi FC, just stopped by to see if you needed any help preparing for Hurricane Kyle. Do you need me to help you tape up some windows or move loose items such as trash cans inside?

Thanks Vee! We're in the middle of it now, with power off and on, and I'm clearing branches off the road. Nothing major. The coffee's still hot!

Good news, FC, and take good care. Hot coffee makes just about ANY disaster--natural or man-made--easier to handle!

Stay safe, Nancy. I hope Kyle is nothing like his big brother Ike.

Bah! Kyle wimped out, fortunately for people in its direct path. The usual power outages and trees down but nothing serious. We spent the morning tying down the boat and will probably spend this afternoon untying it. I went for a swim yesterday before the winds picked up, hoping the storm would have brought some nice warm southern water with it, but no such luck.
So, with everything operational, the Café is open as usual, serving Apple Crepes this morning.

Glad to hear everything ent smoothly for the Cafe.
Now, about those apple crepes...yummmmm!

I'd prefer a TTrappuccino, please.
Shhhh....
Don't tell the hoi polloi about the fancy drinks we Time Trappers have access to. They'll start clamoring for them.
