His dislike for Tyroc is kind of legendary, but he seemed interested in re-inventing him by using him in the last series.
True enough, though i've created characters that I eventually grown to dislike and/or not know what to do with and/or simply grown out of. I sort of made the assumption with Legion Lost that those were the characters that he enjoyed writing the least.
You're probably right though. They'll be "on their way home" for yeeears before we see them again.
