That works out well, because I could never vacation anywhere that wasn't in buggy distance of a Wal-Mart

I'm going to have to travel a fair bit no matter where it is, but i think that either Orlando or Vegas work best for me (cheapest flights).

If we went to Florida, we could always hit Disney's Gay Day, since half the LWers are gay anyway

That way, there's something for everybody!!!
But, we need EVERYONE to be in the same place!
That's part of the fun!

Grey, Scott and Caroline seem to have the most legitimate transportation limitations, I gather, assuming anyone else can overcome $ transport/time issues with three years' notice and planning.
I guess that leans us toward Vegas, Dallas, Denver... maybe Chicago at the farthest (if Grey's trip aligns, that is)? Vee made an excellent case for Orlando, tho... too bad that seems to rule out G,S and C.
Vegas seems to make the most sense at the moment, as it, too seems to be growing toward family entertainment, so many of Vee's Fla points make sense here, too.
While it is a farther trip for our Brits and mainland Europeans, air connections and fare deals should be decent enough.
While the two-meets idea does sound more convenient, it does rather deflate the point. In a way, we're already doing that this year - San Diego and Boston.

Among Denver's virtues:
--Centrality --Major airline hub --Major Amtrak stop --Six Flags/Waterworld (the largest waterpark in the country) --Red Rocks Ampitheatre --A huge zoo --80 different beers brewed there --skiing and/or whitewater rafting

I think I found my selling point
(In all seriousness, I like that people are weighing in. Anyone reading this thread and worrying that a decision will be made shortly, don't be. I figure there are months to come before any location is set, and I'd like to hear more from a plethora of people).
