Dang, I would LooooooooVE to go, but I don't care for flying, I doubt my Jeep would make it, and renting a car to drive from TN to CA would be SOOOO expensive. Somebody stop by and pick me up!

Just not feasible. I am 3000 miles away and work full time, and then some. The only con I'll likely go to is this weekend at Heroes Convention in Charlotte, NC.

She gets to take all the good trips to visit clients and I get to stay and man the fort.
I have the money to go and the time off but being the good team player I am I say that I will skip it,and its really important for her to be there for her sister.
No I am not bitter at all about how unfair this is. (She has gone to see her sister 4 times in the last three months by the way.)
Scratch that whole thing. We had a company picnic today and the owner gave us gifts especially tailored for us. For me its air fare, hotel and a two day pass to this years comic-con! I am going kids and watch how quickly the money will fall out with all the junk I buy!

At one time I'd planned, it would have been a great opportunity to meet so many.
No good excuse, too lazy to plan and don't like paying hundreds a night for a bed I'd barely sleep in. Teaching and had a house fire before Easter and have been moving from place to place, taking up to much of my atention, though the house should be repaired by mid July.
Eh, too lazy.
I do look forward to everyone that makes it having a GREAT time and posting photos.

In all honesty, there are two real reasons why I'm able to attend:
1. Frequent flyer miles 2. Tax rebate check

at one point, even I had to consider backing out... but I've rolled a few sevens. Without tax rebates and refunds, I would still be going but subsisting on saltines and ramen noodles. so I'm in better shape than I feared a few weeks ago.
