So, soon it will be off to my Grandmother's as has been the case for the past 40-plus Thanksgivings... I look forward to her roast and her dressing, 2 things I get to eat only twice a year!
My Mom also decided to cook out of nowhere this year and has a major feast planned so I will be going over there this evening.
I already have a sackful of "to-go" containers packed.

Mother and I are using today as a prep day. We're hosting a "Family of Choice" Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow for our dear ones here in Houston.

So many leftovers came home...plus another meal tomorrow. Oy. Gotta start loosing weight at some point...tomorrow is not looking good for that though.
