...did not FIRST appear in the Glorithverse.

...was not considered a villain.
...had a romantic connection to a Legionnaire.

Ah, my mistake, Eryk!

YES, the Legionnaire in question with this character DID appear prior to Adventure #300!

IB, I'm going to say NO to the one-sided romance being on the part of the character rather than a reciprocal romance. Once the character is revealed, perhaps some of my vagueness about the relationship will make more sense.
