I'm thinking of a Legion character who... ...was female. ...had multiple appearances, beginning with v2. ...did not appear in the Adventure Era, Postboot or Superboy's Legion. ...did not have super-powers. ...was not a member of the Science Police. ...was not considered a villain. ...had a romantic connection to a Legionnaire (just not Colossal Boy or Sun Boy - he did appear before Adventure #300 though). ...the romance wasn't forged under any disguise and wasn't simply one-sided (to clarify from a comment I made initially). ...was not Dr. Chaseer or Marella Tao. She didn't appear Postboot, but she DID appear with the Batch SW6 kids in the Glorithverse. That may be where that connection comes from. Their romance was mostly just flirting and her still asking about Reep five years later, so it's hard to say exactly WHAT went on between them. There was definitely something there though, thus my vagueness.
