I got one of these for my protein shakes in the morning. It's great. So here's one for Cafe Cramer. (It's also great for milkshakes - both low carb and hitest.)

I was saved from the Friday muffins. Some scoundrel ate mine before I got down to the lunch room. I expressed my disappointment, but secretly I was releived to have the temptation removed. (Have I admitted that willpower is not my strong suit?)
