There's a local movie place that has the best cheese and tomato sandwiches I've ever had.
Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to make grilled cheese without burning it, but if I can bribe someone else into making one... mmm, good stuff.

I made the most incredible lamb stew for dinner, tonight.
I chopped up lamb shoulder into bite-size pieces and braised them. Added a mirepoix of onions, celery, & tarragon, a can of diced tomatoes, a bottle of chardonnay, some water, and 4 whole, peeled carrots for sweetness. You remove the carrots* before you add the last ingredient: a macaroni-type pasta, which absorbs the huge amount of liquid, but leaves it wet enough for stew. Garnish with crumbled feta and serve with toasted garlic bread. Soooooooooooooooo good.
*If you drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on the whole carrots they make a very tasty treat.
