Dang. I thought this was gonna' be about the animated series.

Quicksand's costume looks painful. No wonder she's evil.

You know, I'm shocked we haven't worked out an elaborate back-story for "Instructor King".
Actually, that's a bit of an assumption that his logo says "Instructor". From context I would say that is actually "Obstructor" King, the lad with the ability to spontaneously create elaborate obstacle courses.

The more I think about it, ala "Porcupine Pete" or "Nasal Hazel", I think it's highly likely we're looking at "Obstructor Otto".

I got this kid from Neil Vokes at Wild Pig Comic Con. I nicknamed him Hazmat.

"May have been a valley girl Negative Man. Similar powers without the drawback of leaving your helpless body behind." - Chris Batista

I think a nice codename would be "Quinkan". It's the name of these shapeshifting, shadowy night spirits that are from Aboriginal/Australian folklore.

That's certainly not something we see a lot of, Australian Aborigine-inspired heroes!

Even less those not tied to the Dreamtime (Talisman, Gateway)!
