You know, I'm shocked we haven't worked out an elaborate back-story for "Instructor King".
Actually, that's a bit of an assumption that his logo says "Instructor". From context I would say that is actually "Obstructor" King, the lad with the ability to spontaneously create elaborate obstacle courses.

The more I think about it, ala "Porcupine Pete" or "Nasal Hazel", I think it's highly likely we're looking at "Obstructor Otto".
