Oh my God, I know what this is from! It was from this thing called "The Animation Show" which was an exposition of animation from around the world. This bit was from the ending of one animator's foray, "Rejected", when it comes to an actual end with his animated world getting destroyed.

Tnanks, I think.
It was good to know who actually did the work but my eyes feel dirty, now.

I could understand why he was rejected, if indeed the story behind the animation is real.
