We'll with 18 tie votes in round one, I have decided to re-open the polling to reach a concensus on those battles, rather than subject that many battles to a flip of the coin.

Hey, just discovered this or else I would have voted on the first round. Well, it's past midnight here in the EST, but I'm hoping you haven't counted yet.

NO prob SLK. IN fact, as I am working deadline for the paper and won't have time to draw the next round until Wednesday, I will allow vote inthe runoff until then.
Current plan is to post round one winners Wed mid afternoon and Round Two Wed night.
