I have had the following "careers" as an adult (that is, after age 21):
1) Sandwich cutter in a "Mom and Pop" deli.
2) Photocopy clerk for a large chain of document centers.
3) Checker/bagger at an outlet grocery store.

1. I am finishing up my phd application to U Michigan, and should have it wrapped up by Monday, well ahead of the Dec 1 deadline.
2. I have decided I am definitely not staying at my current university beyond the spring term.
3. I am now leaning toward an archival and/or library science MA program instead of staying with History.

sorry for my delay. Been an awkward few days.
cleo has it. I am way behind on apps; I could still get Michigan done (it is not yet) but I doubt there is enough time to order transcripts. And add in #3, and the long-shot odds of getting into Michigan, I'm letting it slide from the list.
