There's an excellent piece of property that would be perfect for you, Cramey. Overlooking the waterfront and everything, and fairly secluded too.
Opal and Ferroboy, I also have plenty available for you both too. Would you like to be closer to the rapidly growing business district, or somewhere a little more domestic.
And just to remind you--you can apply for a loan at the First Bank of Legion World (owned by Crujeckie and I), and then can hire EDE's construction company to erect your buildings.

It would be my pleasure to work here, Cobalt Kid. As you well know, I have my own reasons for wanting to spend more time here.
I know very well Tiffany, and I'm glad to be able to provide you with another chance at entrepenuership on Legion World. Combined with "Breakfast at Tiffany's", this should give you plenty to keep busy with here (in between handsome young men calling on you, I'm sure).

Location, Loaction!
It sounds like we have a deal, Opal! I'm glad to help, and I'm sure my partners will all approve of this sale. May I ask what you have planned there?

Besides, if it really was ever trouble, I'd be stopping by as Security Chief anyway.
And even more besides, I'm going to ask you out on a date once this whole chastity thing ends

You can't. I'm your client, which means I employ you, which makes you my employee and that means I'm your boss, any relations outside of friendship and business are against the law until the deal has been finalized.

Jeepers! But I'm also *you're* boss at the Security Office!
Luckily, my lawyer Quislet, Esq. can work out all of the details for me to keep me out of trouble. Besides, I know all of the LW judges pretty well after being Security Chief for so long...

To: EGCJ&S employees and partners From: Greybird CC: Quislet, Esq., General Counsel Subj: Air and Mineral Rights
Please keep in mind, when negotiating all contracts for land sales, that they should only include the rights to the airspace reaching to the top of the planned structure. Or, if no structure is yet planned, to the height of a normal single-family dwelling.
Also, all mineral rights are reserved and are not sold unless specified, and a separate payment is negotiated. With $60-per-barrel oil looming, we don't want to give up that potential income!
I think about things like air rights, folks. I spend most of my time in the air, after all.

I'll be blunt about this deal, this building will be about 20-25 stories high. It with encompass about 500 sq. feet.
No need to worry about air pollution, this isn't a factory. I will probably have a chopter landing on the roof. As for oil I won't be digging up the ground. I do need to own it, so when you figure how much I have to pay to get this real estate, let me know.
