Outside the cocoon, Lad Boy thinks the same thing.
Lad Boy's mom in s.e. Alabama calls to report a strange blue glow on the northern horizon. Hard to understand her because of the loud cocoon-crackly sounding interference on the line.

The cocoon which was once Kid Prime's Room splits open with the sound like a million tubas! Gallons and gallons of a black, viscous fluid spew forth into the hall, and, silhouetted by a blazing blue light, a silhouette staggers forth and then runs off, bellowing...
