I didn't realize until now that Scotty's first name was Montgomery (had to look that up on Wikipedia) and I've never watched Gray's Anatomy, but IMDB indicates a character whose last name is (or was) Montgomery. And the Simpsons I know has Charles Montgomery Burns.

Well, I couldn't type the little dangling thing under the 'c' of 'ca', but it's supposed to be the French word for 'that'.
It's called a cedilla in English or cedille in French. Under a C, it looks like this: ç. *End interlude*
