Sadly, my breakfast has devolved over the last year to a protein shake. What can you suggest to spice up my life, FC?

Semi, I used to rely on your rich descriptions of breakfasts to make me hungry in the morning!
Even though it may not be the healthiest thing, may I suggest pastrami, a fried egg and some cheese on a hard roll? Simple, but sure is delicious!

Believe me, Cobie. It's not easy to stay in shape after 50. I really have to watch what I eat. When it comes to food, I feel like the orphan out on the snowy sidewalk with his nose pressed up against the window of the 4 star restaurant where the fatcats are dining on foie gras with truffles and filet mignon with peppercorn sauce and rosemary butter.
