Dastardly and Muttley weren't in Penelope Pitstop, but they *were* in Wacky races with Penelope and the Ant Hill Mob and all those others. Wacky Races *rocks*.

Did some research, Dastardly & Muttley also had a spin off show from Wacky Racers. It aired at 9:30 and Penelope aired at 10:00. Which Is probably why I thought they were on the same show, but separate.

Hmmmm,...what to do? Reboot got one part of the question right but not the identity of the Hooded Claw but Lightning Lad got the Hooded Claw answer. Bevis i leave it to your judgement to who winner is or should i ask another question?
