1. I did so. I had already seen the show, but my friend Simone was in town and wanted to see it. And since I'm now a member, I not only get in as many times as I want, but have a few guest passes too!
2. I did that... and have been paying the price since. It didn't get excruciating until last night. Better now, but I am still going to have it checked out.
3. I actually have 42 exams to grade by Monday.
Quis has it!

1. I plan to see a doctor about my foot tomorrow.
2. I plan to go to my friend Tim's MA defense on Thursday.
3. If my foot is in decent shape by then, I plan to see one of my favourite Canadian bands on Saturday (name withheld so no one can cheat and look up the listings!).

HWWey has it! I am actually hoping/planning to see an American band (although they first made it big in Canada, and did live in BC at one point): Heart. Also, I do like them but they are not a band I consider a top-rung favourite. But they are paying the provincial Expo... Cheap and crowded, so i won't go if my foot is not better.

My classes begin on Monday, so the faculty orientation I attended was indeed on Thursday. I also spent much of that day revising my syllabus.
The award ceremony (actually, an all-staff-breakfast) was held the previous day. I did not attend because of the distance and a 20-year-old Jeep that is falling apart.
Take it away, Ibby!
