I almost exclusively use Coreldraw. I find the tools are easier and more accessable and the file sizes are a lot smaller.

And now for another Legion super-baddie. Because of his illegal nuclear experiments, this guy got canned by Dirk Morgna's dad and tried to exact revenge by locking young Dirk in a nuclear reactor. Instead, he wound up turning Dirk into the Legion's Sun Boy. I give you the diabolical Doctor Regulus.

Has anybody ever drawn a stick figure legion? it might be kind of cool.
Another great baddy. With his hands like that, do you ever wonder how Dr. Rugulus after going to the bathroom... ow well, maybe better not take the thread THAT direction.
I never could quite get into Regulus. I think we missed a lot by never seeing that Black Dawn arc. I think that it would have defined the character even more than the creation of Sun Boy.
