I don't recall ever seeing before the reboot, but I may be wrong.

May have asked this before, but just in case... are there any clear shots of Legion Plaza/postboot Earth HQ? Everything I can find is either tiny, off-model, has a big hole in the side or cropped/distorted.

These are the best quality shots I could find of Postboot HQ with minimal visual obstruction.

Long shot, perhaps, but... anyone got the Previews with solicits for comics released in February 1997? (I suppose this would be the Nov or Dec '96 edition).

Reason: I've managed to find the solicit text for all the "core" Legion titles from LSH #100 to the end of the postboot... except for the month of LSH #103/Legionnaires #59/Legends of the Legion #3 (and possibly Green Lantern #97, which led into the Legion's guest appearance in #98-99).

I am looking for images of Elasti-Kid 5, Alloy 12, and Ghost 6, preferably separately, if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the Legion Secret Origin comic, Triplicate Girl states that she is on Earth to deliver a message. I'm would like to know what that message is. Does anyone know?

Also, is there any explanation as to why she was selected?

I have a player who's going to have Triplicate Girl as her character and I would love to properly fill in the details when we play this afternoon.

I vaguely recall one of the secret council types saying that they hadn't predicted the survivors of 'Cargg under the triple sun' to have re-established contact with earth so soon.

It seems that, at some point, various colonies of earth-folk, lost contact with the central world, perhaps a result of inter-colonial civil war or disaster or some sort of technological upheaval, and the UP is only in the 'present day' beginning to reconnect with the various former colonies or allies.

As far as I can recall, the exact nature of the message was never detailed, but, presumably, Cargg is going to at some point join (or rejoin?) the UP, and her message might be an offer to open diplomatic relations in preparation for that.

From Preview Vol. VII , No 12 December 1997

GREEN LANTERN #97
WRITTEN BY RON MARZ; ART AND COVER BY MIKE MCKONE AND TERRY AUSTIN
DCU. Darkseid’s illegitimate son, Grayven (from GREEN LANTERN #75), returns from the grave to wreak havoc on Earth…and Green Lantern. LEGENDS OF THE LEGION #3
WRITTEN BY BARRY KITSON AND TOM PEYER; ART BY KENNY MARTINEZ AND ANNIBAL RODRIGUEZ; COVER BY STEVE LIGHTLE
DCU. The Troublemakers team of Kenny Martinez and Annibal Rodriguez illustrates the origin of the shadow-controlling lass named Umbra in Part 3 of this 4-part miniseries on the lives of the Legionnaires before they were Legionnaires. Growing up in a family of heroes, Tasmia Mallor always assumed that she’d automatically become Talok VIII’s protector when she came of age. But to only her surprise, Tasmia is passed over. Was her dark personality her undoing, or was there a darker scandal which prevented her from becoming the greatest hero of Talok VIII?
__ FC, 32 PG. (3 of 4) STANDARD FORMAT……….$2.25*

LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #103
WRITTEN BY TOM PEYER AND TOM MCCRAW; ART BY JASON ARMSTRONG AND RON BOYD; COVER BY ALAN DAVIS AND MARK FARMER
DCU. Things are popping all over the galaxy! Star Boy and the group on Xanthu are in deep, deep trouble when they ambushed by two evil alien races while trying to save the planet from coming under the control of a third! Meanwhile Leland McCauley entertains the idea of tapping into the space anomaly for his own profit, bringing him into conflict (are is it collusion?) with Workforce member Karate Kid. Does anyone else smell a conspiracy or two brewing?
__FC, 32 PG. MANDO FORMAT……….$2.25

LEGIONNAIRES #59
WRITTER BY ROGER STERN AND TOM MCCRAW; ART AND COVER BY JEFFREY MOY AND W.C.CARANI
DCU. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, it’s date night! Cham’s the toast of Metropolis with not one, but two hot young ladies on his arms, but Chuck Taine’s got his hands full with not one, not two, but all three Triads ─ none of whom can decide how to spend her free time. Meanwhile, a number of LSHers hit the beach; a romance blossoms in the heart of the space anomaly; Invisible Kid is out to meet a mysterious someone; and one Legionnaire is stuck at HQ all alone (sniff).

Other than Nemesis Kid, what other notable and powerful villains in the Legion mythos are dead?

I have a play by post game going and as of so forth the Fatal Five want six Lightning Rods. Other than utiizing them to bring someone back from the dead, I'm sort of out of ideas.

Any plot suggestions you can offer in regards to dead Legion villains would be great.

Thanks.
