There were a few minor Threeboot characters who were bright spots, though. Theena and M'Rissey come to mind.

Can someone please tell me (for the continuity checklist), what is the earliest reference to Phantom Girl being able to disrupt electronics? I know it was used before now, but I don't remember if 1) it was ever used outside the reboot and 2) if it was used before Kitty Pryde, who had that as her schtick.
